Clients should arrive 10 minutes prior to scheduled appointment time. Appointments are scheduled according to availability and services being rendered. Clients arriving 15 minutes late may be required to reschedule and a $30.00 rescheduling fee will apply. Arriving late limits the time allocated for desired services, infringing upon the overall effectiveness of services rendered. As a courtesy to all clients, services are completed as scheduled.
Cancellations of all services require a 24-hour notice. If a 24 -hour notice is not given, a $30 fee applies. Thank you for your consideration and understanding. Gratuities are not included in the price of services and are greatly appreciated. Suggestions are always welcome.
